Sadly, it is no longer cheap. Still cheaper than western Europe but only just. Good news is that beer is cheaper than soft drinks and you can get meat, meat, cabbage, meat, potatoes and meat! Did I mention meat?

Europe 2008 - Prague
The trouble with Prague is that it is just too nice. Its just nice everywhere (ok, so I am sure that is not actually true, but certainly holds if you are in the main tourist spots). Its so nice that it actually stops being nice - you start taking nice for granted. You need something to contrast the 'nice' against, and there isn't anything, there is just niceness!
